Just over an hour ago, I had the privilege of meeting with President Isaac Herzog of Israel to discuss how we can work to strengthen our alliance.
President Herzog’s visit to Australia is an important opportunity to reset and strengthen a strained bilateral relationship. At moments like this, mature leadership calls for cooperation, respect and a reaffirmation of shared democratic values. This visit provides a constructive platform to rebuild trust and deepen engagement.
It is deeply disappointing to see protests surrounding this visit in the aftermath of a national tragedy. While peaceful protest is a democratic right, the timing and tone of these demonstrations risk compounding division at a moment that calls for unity and reflection.
The focus right now should be on supporting victims and their families, rejecting antisemitism in all its forms and reinforcing the social cohesion that underpins our nation. That’s what we’re determined to do.

Labor has received $7 million from the CFMEU since Albanese has been leader.
Feb 11
Labor is laying the groundwork for a new housing tax and the Treasury Secretary has now all but confirmed it.
Australians have seen this play before. Jim Chalmers was the architect of $387 billion in higher taxes in 2019, including a housing tax that voters rejected.
This would be another broken promise from a government that has already tried to increase taxes on superannuation. Instead of doing the hard work to rein in spending, Labor is once again looking to Australians’ pockets.
The Coalition believes in lower, simpler taxes that reward effort, encourage investment and help more Australians get ahead. When Labor spends more, Australians pay more.

These shocking allegations demand immediate answers from the Albanese Government.

Violence and unrest have been allowed to fester and Australians are rightly concerned about their safety.
The response to the Bondi tragedy left many people feeling let down at a time when the country needed strength and clarity. A safe nation is the foundation for everything else. Australians cannot build their lives with confidence if they do not feel secure in their own communities.
Our commitment is firm:
🔵 Crack down on antisemitism
🔵 Tackle violent extremism
🔵 Take strong action to fight terrorism
🔵 Secure our borders to protect Australians
Protecting Australians and defending our way of life is a government’s first responsibility. That is the standard we will uphold.

Labor has lost control of the budget and Australians are seeing it in their bills.
When Labor spends, prices rise, and you pay through higher power bills, mortgages and everyday costs.
Our approach is clear:
🔵 Respect taxpayer money
🔵 Rein in reckless government spending
🔵 Reduce the national debt
🔵 Restore discipline to the budget
Stronger budget management takes pressure off families, steadies the economy and helps get Australia moving again. That is the responsible path forward.

We are focused on easing the squeeze on Australian families.
After years of rising costs, households are paying more for groceries, power, rent and mortgages. Reckless government spending has added to inflation and made it harder for families to get ahead. Australians deserve leadership that understands the pressure at the kitchen table and is determined to relieve it.
Our plan is practical and disciplined:
🔵 Cut income tax so Australians keep more of what they earn
🔵 Rein in government spending to bring inflation under control
🔵 Deliver more affordable energy with responsible emissions reduction
🔵 Cut red tape to back small business and create jobs
A stronger economy means stronger families, secure jobs and more opportunity. That is the future we are determined to build.

After nearly four years of Labor, Australians are paying the price.

There`s been no justice for Holly, Bianca and their families.
Those responsible for their deaths in Laos from methanol poisoning received fines of just $185.
That’s it. That’s their punishment for killing Holly, Bianca, and four other tourists in November 2024.
Holly and Bianca deserve justice, their families deserve answers and Australia should have done everything possible to deliver that.
The Prime Minister should join government officials and apologise today and commit to doing something about this.

Under Labor, we have experienced the largest decline in living standards in the developed world.

Labor can’t admit what Australians see plain as day – that their MPs are spending taxpayer money without care or respect.
Only the Coalition will bring back budget honesty, rein in government spending, and put your money to good use – not waste.

That`s even more than electricity bills under Bowen!

The Albanese Labor Government has failed Australians on the economy, failed on the cost of living and failed to back the businesses that create jobs and opportunity.
When families see their mortgage repayments climb, their grocery bills rise and their power costs surge, they are living with the consequences of a Prime Minister who has lost control of the economy.
We are focused on what matters. Easing the squeeze on households, fixing the budget and growing a stronger economy that rewards effort and supports enterprise.
That is how we take pressure off families and businesses and get Australia moving again.

We believe in the Australian promise that hard work should lead to a better life. A country where effort is rewarded and success is celebrated.
Our plan is simple and focused. Ease the squeeze. Fix the budget. Keep Australia safe. We will cut taxes, rein in waste, deliver affordable energy, secure our borders and back small business so more Australians can get ahead.
That is the future we are fighting for. A confident nation where families have opportunity, security and the freedom to thrive.

My team and I are focused on what matters to Australians.
Easing the squeeze on families by cutting taxes and bringing down the cost of living. Fixing the budget by stopping waste and respecting every dollar you earn. Keeping Australia safe while backing small business and jobs.
That is our commitment.

Awkward. Jim Chalmers` spin is coming undone.
The Reserve Bank confirmed what we`ve been saying for months – Labor`s reckless spending is driving up inflation.
When Labor spends, prices rise and Australians pay.
Jim Chalmers is focused on saving face. My team is focused on easing the squeeze, repairing the budget and keeping Australians safe.
