About Rohit

Rohit Taggar is the Liberal candidate for Scullin.

Rohit came to Australia in 2008 with a dream to build a better life through hard work and helping others.

As a small business owner, Rohit knows the struggles local families and businesses face. He wants to drive real solutions to ease Labor’s cost of living crisis.

Rohit also cares deeply about young people and sports. He started a local hockey club in Mernda to give kids a chance to grow and succeed.

He has worked hard to strengthen community ties and improve our local community.

Rohit is focused on lowering inflation, making housing more affordable, and keeping Scullin safe.

As part of the Liberal team, he’ll help get Australia back on track.
