About David

David Goode is your local Liberal candidate for Hasluck. 

David was born and bred in Western Australia. Having lived all over this amazing region, he can confidently say that it is the best area to live, work, and raise a family. 

David and his wife, Jenny, love everything about this community.  

He is heavily involved in the local community, working with organisations and sporting groups to develop local solutions to local problems. 

Throughout his life, David has dedicated himself to serving others. He is a local councillor, an active Justice of the Peace, and has served as Mayor. These roles have given him a real understanding of the issues facing the community. From rising cost-of-living pressures to spiking crime, life is becoming increasingly difficult for local families. 

David also has experience running a small business and knows firsthand the challenges that local businesses in the community face. From burdensome red tape to rising energy prices, it is becoming harder to keep the lights on and employ local people. 

The community cannot afford another three years of Labor. 

As part of the Liberal team, David is committed to fighting for reliable energy, taking action on the housing crisis, and developing a real plan to address cost-of-living pressures and tackle local crime. 

He has the energy and experience to be an effective voice for the community in Federal Parliament.
