About Anthony

Anthony Bishop is the LNP candidate for Griffith.

Anthony grew up in Brisbane and studied Medical Laboratory Science at QUT. He has lived in Melbourne, Singapore, and Malaysia, working in pharmaceutical research and development.

Anthony has led global programs that helped bring Australian medical innovations to the world.

He has lived in Murarrie for 12 years with his wife Jane. They have two adult children. Music has always been important to him, and he is proud to be a skilled musician.

In 2020, Anthony ran for the seat of Bulimba in the state election. He strongly supports fixing the child safety system, which he believes needs urgent change.

Anthony has delivered results throughout his career.

As part of the LNP team, Anthony will help get Australia back on track.
