Derek Henderson is your Liberal candidate for Grayndler. He lives with his wife and their two children in Concord.

For nearly 20 years, Derek has served as a Senior Constable with the New South Wales Police Force and with the Australian Federal Police.

Derek has spent most of his life dedicated to protecting vulnerable people in our society and values community safety.

Born in New Zealand, Derek has a Bachelor of Psychology and a Masters of Transnational Crime Prevention and has also worked in the hospitality sector and as a local gym instructor.

He is committed to serving our community and is active in suburban rugby union. Derek also works closely with the Starlight Children’s Foundation at charity boxing events.

As part of the Morrison Liberal team, Derek will support local families reduce their cost of living pressures by supporting tax relief, improving access to childcare and lowering power bills.

Derek needs your support to stop Labor’s retirement and housing taxes which will hurt our community, damage small business and destroy local job opportunities.

Thank you to all of our volunteers who put in countless hours this campaign.
