Labor's Failure

Mr Rudd and Labor are all talk, no action.

• He talked about being an “economic conservative” but – panicked by the GFC – he blew a $20 billion surplus, recorded a $150 billion debt and still has no plan to pay it back.
• He promised to bring down the cost of living but all he’s done is create two failed watchdogs that could only watch grocery and fuel prices go up.
• He’s done nothing on water except talk in meeting after meeting.
• After his international grandstanding came to nothing, Mr Rudd now expects Australia to go it alone on an ETS that will add $1,100 per year to the average family’s budget.
• Before the election Mr Rudd said “the buck will stop with me” on hospitals but instead we’ve had three years of excuses and inaction.
• He talks about a tough stand on immigration but the people smugglers know they have gone soft.

No wonder Australians are now demanding action... real action.
